Tiffany Dowhan is a Canadian Country Recording Artist & Entertainer, Entrepreneur and Founder of the High Heels and Spurs Self Esteem Foundation and Program.

Tiffany is not a new face in the Canadian Country Music industry, yet she has reappeared with a unique and edgy sound, look and mission to bring fulfillment to the lives of teens across Canada.

In middle school Tiffany was bullied, talked down to and told that she would not amount to anything. With the help of her amazing parents and a strong support system she did not let the negative words and actions of others determine her future.  Tiffany continued to sing, perform and went on to earn a degree in radio broadcasting. This venture brought her to Edmonton, Alberta where she started working for a Country Radio Station. Starting off in promotions and then working her way into sales and management for a radio station in Bonnyville, Alberta was a great stepping stone for her career.

Tiffany now has her own business with an amazing company called Arbonne. She has earned the company car and is one of the top leaders and mentors within the corporation.  Tiffany considers herself to be one of the lucky ones in so many ways. With parents whom encouraged her every step of the way and instilled a believe system teaching her that anything is possible as long as she believed and worked hard for it. Most importantly they taught her to have unwavering faith in herself and her abilities.

As a Canadian Recording Artist & Entertainer and a mentor in her company, she decided she wanted to look for a way to help teens and give them the tools and the support they need to succeed.  Tiffany has made it her mission to build teenagers up and make them see that they are capable of anything they set their minds to.

In 2013 Tiffany decided to launch The High Heels & Spurs Self Esteem Program.  With this program, Tiffany travels to schools across Canada to provide a program for Grades 5 to 9.   Teens that need assistance with personal growth, self-development and self-esteem truly benefit from this program.

Due to the success of the program, the High Heels & Spurs Self Esteem Foundation was born and officially became a registered non-for profit organization in April of 2014.

Tiffany, along with the High Heels & Spurs Self Esteem Foundation Committee hosts an Annual Fundraising Gala Event in Edmonton, Alberta, where they raise funds for the High Heels & Spurs Self Esteem Foundation.

Tiffany has released over 6 singles to Canadian radio. In February 2006, Tiffany released her debut single “Sweet Dreams” and in November of 2006 Tiffany released her 2nd single “Hey Cowboy”. In February of 2007 “Hey Cowboy” hit #1 on 790 CFCW Radio’s Weekly Top Canadian Singles. Tiffany released “Wagon Trails to Glory” a tribute song, to the late and great World Professional Chuckwagon Driver, George Normand in March of 2008. Tiffany was honored when one of her idols, Cindy Church graced the song with her amazing harmony vocals. CD’s continue to be sold across western Canada to help raise funds for the Bonnyville Pro Rodeo & Chuckwagon Association.

In September of 2010 Tiffany released, “Can’t Hide in A Small Town”. The song and her new sound, definitely caught the attention of her audience and has received radio play across Canada!! Tiffany’s single, “That Hat”, released in May of 2011, did exceptionally well across Canada. In July of 2011, “That Hat” hit #2 on 790 CFCW Radio’s Top Canadian Singles and was added on over 30 radio stations Canada wide! “That Hat” has also been Tiffany’s #1 single download on iTunes!  Tiffany’s most current single “It’s Too Late Now”, broke the top 100 BDS Chart with its release the summer of 2014!

Tiffany has toured with the likes of Brett Kissel & Gord Bamford and opened for acts like Corb Lund, Aaron Pritchett and Prairie Oyster. She has performed at events like Big Valley Jamboree & showcased at Canadian Country Music Week. Tiffany has also performed at the 22nd Annual 790 CFCW Listener Appreciation Concert opening for Duane Steele & Country Legend Gene Watson.

Be watching for this charismatic, down to earth cowgirl with personality. “Tiffany’s voice is pure country; she’s the real deal, no ‘urban cowgirl’ here! She delivers a sweet sound that is neither strained nor affected!” says Sharon Mallon, Retired 790 CFCW Morning Show Co Host & Canadian Country Music Association Personality of the Year.
